As an IT Strategy Consultant at Kyndryl, you guide clients through IT strategy, cloud adoption, and modernization programs. You will design outcomes, lead multidisciplinary teams, and articulate business value to stakeholders. The role blends technology depth with advisory skills to help customers make strategic choices and realize transformational change. You’ll develop assets and methodologies while shaping how organizations evolve people, processes, and technology to stay competitive.

• Design conceptual solutions and plan/execute design and implementation work with specialists
• Capture and prioritize complex requirements and resolve conflicts
• Lead and assemble teams of consultants and architects; manage milestones and quality targets

• Facilitate workshops and interviews; communicate business benefits to stakeholders

Responsabilidades
• Consulting experience in IT strategy enablement (big 4 or equivalent)
• Knowledge of major cloud technologies including virtualization, containers, networking on different cloud platforms
• Subject matter expertise in at least three domains (e.g., cloud computing, IT strategy, infrastructure, IT operations, applications, enterprise/solution architecture, automation, data management, AI/ML, IoT, cloud governance)
• Data modeling and analytical experience using Excel, Tableau
• Structured issue-based analysis and ability to produce recommendations and roadmaps
• Knowledge of IT Operating Model and Process xqbhyrx Frameworks
• Broad competencies in IT strategy, enterprise architecture, solution architecture, process reengineering, automation
• Ability to lead/facilitate workshops and interviews; strong presentation skills
• Understanding of DevSecOps, Agile, Scrum to optimize IT or cloud implementations
