/li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul libachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification (FH, HF, or similar), with 7+ years of experience leading complex projects. /li liproven experience in the financial services sector, data-driven businesses, or related industries, combined with a strong affinity for technology and digital solutions. /li liexcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, client-focused, and results-oriented mindset. /li listrong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership and work effectively under pressure. /li liexperience working with Agile methodologies and international cross-functional teams, with the ability to collaborate across business and IT functions while communicating fluently in English (written and spoken). /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
