ph3Mission /h3 pAs part of Global Inland Logistic PM team, you lead strategic development of logistics concepts, budgets, RO and processes for all the projects around the world. In this role, you guide all the local teams in the different regions, ensure competitive logistics calculations, and collaborate closely with technical and commercial stakeholders. Your work strengthens the quality and efficiency of our logistics tenders across regions, helping to define the main guidelines and processes necessary to compile competitive offers successfully and even supporting their functional teams in decision‑making. /p h3Tasks /h3 ul liDefine the processes involved in the inland logistics tendering process, which will serve as a guide and support for all regions, including the definition of control KPIs and necessary documentation. /li liLead and develop the Inland Logistic Tender Management Team around the world and support the entire Regional Logistics teams in the regions. /li liDefine project‑specific logistics strategies and implement cost optimization measures (RFQs, comparisons), including routes, permits, transport restrictions and local conditions. /li liHelp prepare logistics concepts and planning for the sales offer scope, taking under control route surveys and route modifications and validating technical feasibility. /li liStandardize and assist in estimating inland logistics costs, identifying logistics risks and opportunities, validating awards and managing the Logistics Sales Calculation and the Log Calc tool or others. /li liSupport the leadership of the operational strategy, supporting the execution. /li liCalculate logistical costs along the full transport chain from manufacturing if it is local and POD to the destination. /li liCollaborate closely with Sourcing, Engineering,



Tender Management, Sales, Integral Logistics and Legal during the tendering phase and supporting the operational phase, including the different external stakeholders. /li liConsolidate cost data, maintain databases and integrate lessons learned into processes and documentation. /li liRepresent the area in technical and commercial negotiations and act as the interface between Regions and HQ, participating actively in Sourcing Board processes. Support the area and the functional Regional Logistics Managers in operative issues or main topics in ports and final run scope, including intermediate storage areas. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or equivalent. /li liMinimum 4 years of team leadership experience in Logistics, Supply Chain or Project Management. /li liStrong operational skills in ports and final run. /li liProven knowledge of the international logistics market and tender management. /li liAbility to plan budgets, manage timelines and coordinate multiple stakeholders. /li liProcess‑oriented mindset with a drive to harmonize workflows. /li liExpert knowledge in MS Excel; SQL is an advantage. /li liAvailability to travel. /li liExcellent communication skills in English; German and Spanish are a plus. /li liStrong analytical skills and a collaborative working style. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liSome offers may vary by location. /li liHybrid work model in accordance with the company’s internal policy. /li /ul pNordex adheres to a policy of equal employment opportunity.
