ph3POSITION: Research Analyst - Madrid / Barcelona Office /h3 pROLE: The successful candidate will join CBRE's Research team, where we are looking for passionate people who want to become real estate experts and take on a leading role in producing relevant, high-impact research output on current trends and topics. /p pWithin Research we are a team of 8 people working closely with other departments (from Capital Markets to ESG), as well as with the European Research team and CBRE's clients. /p pAt CBRE you will learn about the real estate sector and gain professional experience at the world's leading real estate advisory firm, in a young, dynamic and highly professional environment. /p pWe can also offer you opportunities to develop your skills through CBRE's learning programme. In this way, you will have the chance to create added value for our company, but also for your own career. /p h3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liCollaborate with the Research team in the research and analysis of the real estate market in terms of supply, demand, transactions, key investors and sector dynamics. /li liOngoing monitoring of the main macro trends affecting the real estate sector, both nationally and internationally; not only with regard to traditional real estate sectors but also to less conventional ones. /li liResponsible for updating and enriching market data for emerging alternative sectors (FB, Healthcare, Education, Life Sciences, Self Storage, Sports and Agribusiness).
/li liPrepare market presentations for the company's different business lines and for clients. /li liCollaborate and participate in the production of highly differentiated, trend-setting market reports, meeting the established deadlines. /li liRegular liaison with other CBRE departments (Agency, Investment, Valuation, etc.) to provide them with accurate and up-to-date market information, and with the European Research team. /li /ul h3REQUIREMENTS /h3 ul liDegree in Business Administration, Law and Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or similar. /li liAdvanced knowledge of the Office suite: Excel and PowerPoint. /li liFluency in English, spoken and written (minimum C1). /li liExperience in data visualisation will be valued. /li liKnowledge of public data sources (INE, Bank of Spain, Eurostat) will be valued. /li /ul h3COMPETENCIES /h3 ul liAnalytical skills and ability to work with databases, enjoying the process of turning data into valuable and innovative research output. /li liAttention to detail and a thorough, organised approach to tasks. /li liStrong learning ability and work capacity. /li liInitiative and proactivity. /li liAbility to work both independently and in a team environment. /li liAbility to synthesise and write texts based on data. /li liGood communication skills. /li /ul h3POSITION DETAILS /h3 pFull-time, with immediate start. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
