containerized applications and distributed systems /li liIdentify best practices and create continuous improvement of tools and methods /li liCollaborate closely with Product Owners, Modelers, Marketing Scientists and Front-End Engineers /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor or Master degree that reflects strong statistical/mathematical/computer science skills /li liStrong expertise in Python – at least 3 years of development /li liUnderstanding of R /li liExperience in (predictive) statistical modeling and causal inference /li liAbility to manage code deployments (experience with GIT) /li liBasic understanding of Dockerization – building and managing docker images /li liExperience with creating, managing and/or maintaining code documentation /li liSolid skills concerning performance optimization and scalability (e.g., parallelization, code optimization, functions as a service) /li liExperience with Cloud services such as Azure or AWS /li liAbility to present and explain complex concepts to less experienced colleagues /li liFamiliarity of Kubernetes and Airflow is a plus /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills /li liAbility to work independently /li liPronounced attention to detail – ensure all outputs are delivered professionally and accurate /li liGood interpersonal skills – treat others with respect, be cooperative,
