To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our Commercial team. /ph3Your Role /h3pAs a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales Team by ensuring accurate and efficient order management, while contributing to an excellent customer experience across all commercial interactions. /ph3What You’ll Do /h3ulliSupport Sales Management in achieving departamental objectives /liliManage and process customer orders in ERP Navision, ensuring accuracy and proper follow-up /liliCoordinate with customers, sales representatives, agents, and internal departments /liliHandle customer inquiries, claims,
