This role operates as a business partner and challenger for the Western European Finance and Supply Chain organization at both regional and market levels. It aligns and drives optimal inventory and structural cash improvement across the full order‑to‑cash and procure‑to‑pay cycles. The NWC Manager sets and enforces one way of working, standards processes, and a decision‑oriented cadence to unlock FCF and improve forecast quality. We are looking for a self‑starter who maintains a solution‑first and high‑ownership mindset. The role reports to the Head of Finance, Western Europe. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the Western Europe NWC FCF agenda and set one way of working across markets to harmonize standards and scale best practices. /li liTranslate data into action: generate KPI‑driven insights (e.g., DSO, DIO, DPO and cash drivers) and prioritize and drive actions with measurable cash impact. /li liDeliver receivables performance in partnership with Commercial and market teams, leveraging cash‑acceleration levers (e.g., factoring). /li liImprove inventory health by aligning policies and execution with Supply Chain to Zentiva’s manufacturing footprint and market demand.
/li liFacilitate and drive collaboration across market, regional, and global teams by focusing on shared KPIs and committed actions that support local delivery. /li liPartner with market Finance team on planning and forecasting for NWC FCF to drive standards and rigor. /li liDrive implementation of Integral standards and operating procedures in Western Europe in collaboration with local market and global teams. /li liRun the regional operating rhythm and drive accountability to targets while markets own local levers; capture opportunities and mitigate risks proactively. /li /ul h3To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Need /h3 ul liProven expertise in NWC FCF: 6+ years of experience in relevant roles (regional / multi‑country corporate roles, audit or consulting) with deep understanding of NWC mechanics and FCF drivers. /li liAdvanced analytics and data fluency: strong analytical thinking and data management skills; confident with modern BI and finance tools.
