We value local expertise and empower our partners, counting already with business presence in more 16 countries (Europe North America). /ppstrongGreenvolt Power Spain /strong is looking for a strongBESSConstructionManager /strong who will be a direct contributor to the correct construction of Greenvolt Power projects footprint in Europe by actively participating in the design supervision and design of large-scale BESS projects and electrical infrastructure. /ph3Key accountabilities /h3ulliCollaborate in the tendering processes (RFQ/RFP) in technical requirements, contract discussions. /liliGood understanding of project design drawings and able to participate in discussions with internal staff and BOS/BOP Contractors. /liliSupervises the quality of services and products provided by external suppliers. /liliSupport in the definition, preparation and control the documentation to be able to start timely a construction of the renewable energy project. /liliTravels to Construction Sites regularly, follows construction progress and provides solutions for construction matters schedule mitigation. /liliSupports Procurement to prepare technical documentation and scope for bidding procedure for external suppliers.



/liliSchedules project steps and works to achieve the most efficient, timely and cost-effective construction of BESS plants. /liliEnsures all Permitting parameters are followed during the construction phase. /liliReports project status, recommends solutions and informs about potential risks to the Construction Manager Director. /liliManages and supervises payments approvals and proper documentation preparation to obtain use permit accordingly to project plan. /liliCoordinates information flow between the Company and public institutions e.g.: Municipality, and Public Institutions in project scope and on behalf of SPV. /liliCoordinates internal information flow within Development Team, Accounting, Legal, Procurement, Tax, HSE Quality. /liliCAPEX monitoring during construction phase. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliEngineering background (preferable Electrical Engineer). /liliMinimum 5 years of experience in Renewable Energy projects (preferably BESS) and/or other Power related field. /liliPMP, Prince2 or other Project Management course is a plus. /liliExperience in working with Autocad, MS Project, MS Office. /liliOrganisational, teamwork and reporting skills. /liliEnglish professional level 1 additional language is a plus. /liliWillingness to absorb new knowledge and perform under pressure is a must. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
