ppThe Finance Transformation program aims to converge the company into a unified global operating model based on common processes, organization, systems and governance. /ppAs a bCentral Finance Local Entity Coordinator /b, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation of the Central Finance solution and Global Data Model within a European legal entity. You will act as the link between the Central Finance project team and the local organization, ensuring successful deployment, local adoption and long‑term sustainability of the new model. /ppFollowing go‑live, you will become the local Central Finance expert, supporting operations, governance and continuous improvement activities. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3h3Project Phase /h3ulliAct as the primary interface between the Central Finance project team and the local legal entity. /liliCoordinate local deployment activities, including data collection, process mapping, testing and cutover preparation. /liliSupport the collection, validation and migration of financial master data. /liliEnsure alignment between local processes and the Global Core Model. /liliCoordinate local participation in workshops, training sessions and testing activities (SIT/UAT). /liliMonitor project progress and escalate risks, issues or dependencies when required. /liliCollaborate with Finance, IT, Shared Service Centers and external stakeholders. /liliSupport cutover activities and ensure operational readiness. /liliParticipate in hyper‑care activities and issue resolution. /liliPromote adoption of new processes, systems and governance standards. /li /ulh3Post Project /h3ulliAct as the Central Finance reference point for the legal entity.
/liliSupport governance and maintenance of financial master data. /liliParticipate in future system enhancements, integrations and process improvements. /liliEnsure compliance with the Global Core Model and Finance standards. /liliCoordinate continuously with Central Finance governance teams and local stakeholders. /li /ulh3Required Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field. /lili3–7 years of relevant professional experience in Finance, Financial Systems, ERP implementation, Project Management or Finance Transformation. /liliStrong understanding of financial accounting principles. /liliExperience working with financial systems and ERP solutions. /liliFamiliarity with financial master data structures, reporting hierarchies and finance processes. /liliExperience supporting projects, system implementations, testing activities or process improvements. /liliAdvanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint. /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliExperience with SAP, particularly S/4HANA, FI/CO or Central Finance. /liliExposure to finance transformation or ERP deployment projects. /liliKnowledge of SOX, IFRS and internal control environments. /liliExperience in multinational organizations. /liliBasic knowledge of Controlling processes.
