/p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liDevelop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns globally at scale. /li liSet explicit campaign goals, continually assess against benchmarks, and enhance performance by implementing data‑driven strategies. /li liUse data insights to pinpoint impactful influencers, refine campaigns through metric analysis, and ensure efficient resource allocation. /li liOptimize influencer relationships through streamlined communication, efficient agreement tracking, and global scouting and negotiation. /li liEnsure accurate communication of brand values and philosophy through interactions with influencers worldwide. /li liManage a small team of juniors and specialists. /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ul liFluent in oral and written English and Spanish; additional proficiency in French, Portuguese, German or Italian is a plus. /li liMinimum of 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing. /li liDegree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline. /li liProven track record of initiating, managing, and monetizing relationships with influencers and agencies. /li liStrong performance and data‑driven mindset and business goal‑oriented approach. /li liStay abreast of social media trends and technology to identify and build relationships with best‑fit influencers. /li liStrong project management skills.
