The ideal candidate will have a track record of working on complex Data Centres large scale construction projects. /ph3Job Objectives /h3ulliLead the on site scheduling teamto review internal schedules, review contractor's schedules, analyse, review, validate and report on any time impacts, scope change impacts or delay enabling early identification of risks /liliMaintain and monitor master plan schedule /liliPrepare and monitor tasks ensuring satisfactory realization of project requirements against the project schedule /liliLead the development of the tender requirements and contractual requirements, including contractual KPl's in relation to schedule accuracy,



achievement of key milestones and timely submission of programmes for the Core Contracts /liliDevelop and manage the integrated work breakdown structure for the project /liliIntegrate various contract packages into master plan schedule /liliReview contractor’s submitted schedule and make recommendations to client /liliPrepare regular internal/external weekly and monthly progress report for management and client /liliMonitor progress on key delivery milestones and report on compliance in line with the agreed Baseline Programme /liliInteract with contractor and verify the project data to update project schedule /liliAssess any contractor’s extension of time claim and prepare defense claim report /liliPut forward recommendation report for any contractor’s EOT claim /liliAnalyze critical path and constraints to determine the effect of changes to project schedule /liliWork out site logistic planning for project /liliPrepare and propose ‘micro-management’ schedules for critical elements of work /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulli7- 10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, with a focus on complex construction projects, and preferably previous Data Center experience. /liliProficiency in Primavera P6 and EVM /liliFluent in English and Spanish /liliExperience in coordinating multiple sources of schedule performance data into a master schedule platform and deliver project status reports required for large scale projects /liliStrong managerial and stakeholder management experience /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills /liliDevelops good working relationships with project team /liliThe tenacity and drive to inject value and create solutions /li /ulpTurner Townsend is an equal opportunity employer.
