Strong communication skills are also essential, as the role requires interaction with customers to ensure their needs remain central to our product development process. /ph3Core Responsibilities: /h3ulliContinuously acquire and maintain scientific and technical knowledge. /liliEvaluate the technical and economic feasibility of research objectives. /liliDesign and develop new products, as well as improve and maintain existing products. /liliPlan, design, and execute experimental studies. /liliDefine and prepare technical documentation required for manufacturing and quality control. /liliContribute to cross functional teamwork, supporting multidisciplinary projects and ensuring efficient communication between R+D+i, Quality, Operations, and Customer.
/liliProvide scientific and technical support to internal departments including Operations, Customer, and Business units. /li /ulh3Required: /h3ulliPhD or master's degree in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related scientific discipline. /liliPrevious experience working in R+D environments (≥ 3 years), contributing to experimental design, data analysis, and product development activities. /liliExperience in techniques for the characterization and quantification of biological markers (proteins, ions, metabolites or enzymes). /liliSolid knowledge in the relevant scientific-technical areas, ensuring the ability to understand, develop, and optimize analytical methodologies and product technologies. /liliGood command of English, both written and spoken, enabling effective communication in a global and multidisciplinary environment. /liliAbility to interact and work within a multidisciplinary R+D+i team alongside software engineers, biochemists, biologists, mechanical engineers, electronics engineers, and others. /liliFamiliarity with regulatory environments and quality management systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards. /liliKnowledge of the in vitro diagnostic (IVD) sector. /liliKnowledge of chemical and/or enzymatic reagents. /li /ulh3We offer: /h3ulliFlexible working schedule (39 hours per week) /liliWork location: Barcelona (Sant Andreu) /liliAn innovation‑driven work environment that encourages participation, collaboration, and continuous professional growth. /liliPermanent contract /li /ulh3BioSystemsbr/human - centred biotechbr/(+ /h3 /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
