Your responsibilities will include, among others, onboarding and offboarding new employees, payroll calculation and preparation, management of withholdings and wage garnishments, and responding to employee queries related to their payroll. /p pYour main responsibilities will be: /p ul liManagement of the full payroll process /li liEmployment law advisory related to payroll, withholdings, leave, etc. /li liProcessing Social Security transactions through the RED System: registrations, deregistrations, etc. /li liDrafting and management of employment contracts, management of sick leave (IT), contract changes, etc. /li liInterpretation of collective bargaining agreements and advising employees, including resolution of queries /li liManagement of employee benefits through payroll /li /ul h3WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM? /h3 pWe are looking for a Payroll Specialist with a master’s degree in Labour Relations or similar, and experience in multinational companies with a high volume of employees. The main requirements are:
