The role involves building scalable APIs, designing DynamoDB data models, developing Python‑based Lambda functions, and managing infrastructure using Terraform. The ideal candidate will possess strong AWS development expertise, hands‑on Amazon Connect experience, and the ability to deliver secure, scalable, and high‑performance cloud solutions while collaborating with cross‑functional teams and Amazon Professional Services. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs to support frontend applications and enterprise integrations. /li liDesign and optimize DynamoDB schemas, indexes, and data access patterns for scalable applications. /li liDevelop and maintain Python‑based AWS Lambda functions for business logic and automation. /li liModify, enhance, and maintain Amazon Connect contact flows and routing logic.



/li liCollaborate with UI development teams to translate business requirements into backend services and APIs. /li liWork directly with Amazon Professional Services on Amazon Connect implementation and enhancement initiatives. /li liDesign and support event‑driven architectures using AWS services such as Lambda, EventBridge, SQS, SNS, and API Gateway. /li liSupport and optimize data flows across AWS services and integrated systems. /li liImplement secure, scalable, and highly available cloud‑native solutions. /li liTroubleshoot application, integration, and infrastructure issues across AWS environments.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure reliable and efficient service delivery. /li liParticipate in production support activities and occasional after‑hours deployments when required. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li8+ years of hands‑on experience with AWS. /li li4+ years of experience with Amazon Connect, including contact flows, routing, queues, and integrations. /li liStrong proficiency in Python, including development of AWS Lambda functions. /li liExperience with AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, S3, IAM, EventBridge, SQS, SNS, and CloudWatch. /li liExtensive experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and backend integrations. /li liStrong knowledge of DynamoDB schema design, indexing strategies, and performance optimization. /li liExperience designing and supporting cloud‑native and event‑driven architectures. /li liKnowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation practices. /li liStrong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across engineering and business teams.
