The role requires a strong understanding of market trends, supplier capabilities, and the ability to negotiate effectively. /ph3Key Job Responsibilities /h3ulliSupplier Identification, Development and Evaluation: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential suppliers, analyzing their capabilities, financial stability, and reputation. /liliNegotiation: Engage in negotiations to secure favorable terms and conditions as per Array Standards, including price negotiations, payment terms, delivery schedules, and service level agreements. /liliMarket Analysis and Risk Management: Monitor market trends, commodity pricing, and supply chain risks that may impact commodity availability or pricing. Develop strategies to manage market volatility, including alternative sourcing options, hedging and inventory strategies. /liliInventory Management: Collaborate with inventory control teams to manage commodity inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability. Analyze demand forecasts, lead times,
