As an Associate Value Engineer, you will join the Global VE Center of Excellence to translate customer needs into technically compelling solutions on Celonis Process Intelligence. You’ll support engagements with hands-on prototyping, value framing for executive sponsorship, and AI-enabled pilots. This role blends technology, business insight, and sales acumen to drive investment in Celonis solutions. You will grow within a fast-paced, collaborative culture focused on trust, mentorship, and impact. The opportunity combines hands-on learning, customer contact, and cross-functional collaboration to shape AI-driven business outcomes.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Support customer engagements as part of the Global VE CoE
• Collaborate with customers to identify core business challenges and map Celonis solutions to objectives
• Execute proof projects to quantify business value and present to senior executives
• Prototype and develop AI solutions tailored to customer needs (ML, LLM, orchestration)
• Drive change management and value realization for ROI
• Build relationships with customers as a trusted advisor




• Share insights with Product/Engineering to influence AI innovations
• Create reusable collateral and best practices for the VE Center and regional teams
• Travel to meet clients in person to ensure engagement success

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field (Industrial Engineering, CS, Data Science/Business Analytics, AI/ML, Mathematics)
• Hands-on experience or internships in technology and AI
• Curiosity, self-motivation, and continuous learning mindset
• Basic knowledge or hands-on experience in SQL and/or Python
• Exposure to process mining or willingness to learn Celonis concepts (Rising Star modules welcome)
• Analytical and creative xqbhyrx problem-solving skills
• Customer-value orientation and ability to multi-task
• Ability to present to senior stakeholders and work with C-level executives
• Willingness to travel to France for client engagements
• Fluency in German and English (other European languages a plus)
