ppRyanair are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Programme Engineer to join Europe’s Largest Airline Group! /p pThis is a very exciting time to join Ryanair as we look to expand our operation to 800 aircraft and 300 million guests within the next 10 years. /p pThe successful candidate will be reporting to the Maintenance Programs Manager. This role is a desk‑based role and has the option to be based in our Engineering Office in Dublin or Madrid. /p pThis is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate looking to kick start their career in Ryanair. /p h3The Role /h3 ul liReview of the Maintenance Planning Document (MPD) and Maintenance Review Board (MRB) to ensure accurate implementation into the Ryanair’s Group Maintenance Program for B737NG/8200/A320 /CL 3500 fleets, as applicable. /li liEnsure that the maintenance program is optimised to maintain the high safety levels, excellent dispatch reliability and avoid/ mitigate operational impact of in‑service defects; /li liWork in accordance with Continuing Airworthiness Management Exposition (CAME), company manual procedures /li liReview of Heavy Maintenance findings and the identification of solutions for repeat occurrences; /li liSubmission and obtaining of Aviation Authority approval of the Ryanair’s Group Maintenance Programs when required; /li liDevelopment of detailed reports to support the optimisation of the Ryanair’s Maintenance Programs; /li liProviding input to the B737NG/8200/A320 Industry Steering Committee (ISC) regarding on‑going optimisation of the MRB/MPD; /li liAdditional responsibilities may be delegated periodically by the Maintenance Program Manager. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liRelevant Engineering Degree or EASA Part 66 maintenance license /li liExperience in a Technical Services / CAMO role or Engine MRO would be preferable. /li liUnderstanding of EASA Part M, Part CAMO and Part 145 regulation /li liTechnical knowledge of Boeing 737 systems and/or Airbus 320 experience would be an advantage; /li liKnowledge of MSG‑3 Maintenance Program optimisation methodologies (e.g. SASMO, OPTIMA) would be an advantage; /li liSound knowledge of EASA regulatory requirements; /li liGood working knowledge of AMOS would be preferable. /li liExcellent communication skills with experience writing or reviewing technical instructions /li liProven organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities at one time and make decisions in a busy, fast‑paced environment /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liCompetitive salary /li liDiscounted and unlimited travel to over 230 destinations /li liDeath in Service Benefit – Up to 2 times of annual basic salary /li liNumber of Annual Leave days is dependent on location /li liOption for up to 5 additional unpaid leave days per year /li liUnrivalled career progression /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
