You will be the interface and the point of contact for our Volvo Cars entities in the EMEA region and the Business Process Outsourcing delivery team. In addition to this, you will perform issue resolution of inquiries relating to PTP processes. /p /brul /brliFocus on the self-billing invoice processes of direct materials and support indirect material processes: On-boarding new suppliers, set up, fix issues, and detect improvement areas in the process /li /brliAnalysis of overdue invoices /li /brliManagement of supplier inquiries /li /brliApproving invoice payment proposals /li /brliPTP period end activities /li /brliAnalysis of KPIs /li /brliAccount Reconciliation Review /li /brliIntercompany reconciliation /li /brliPhone support for supplier calls /li /brliProblem solve escalated tickets through the ticketing system /li /br /ul /brpAs part of our Continuous Improvement initiative,



you will have the opportunity to coordinate projects in various areas and monitor rule-based activities performed by our Business Process Outsourcing delivery team. /p /brh3What You’ll Bring /h3 /brpYou have experience in Purchase-to-Pay processes in an international environment and enjoy working in a structured way, but at the same time can detect areas of improvement within your area and like implementing their improvements. /p /brul /brliA degree in Finance or equivalent. /li /brliExperience in Accounting and PTP processes /li /brliFluent in French and English both verbally and written. Other languages positively valued (Spanish, French, German) /li /brliExperience in SAP (MM/FI modules) /li /brliBe a great communicator with good collaboration skills. /li /brliHave an ability to plan and prioritize with a positive mindset. /li /brliYou have high integrity regarding your work /li /brliGreat analytical skills /li /brliYou are service minded and curious. /li /br /ul /brh3Volvo Cars.
