Are you in? /p h3Your Role /h3 ul liLead the development of high-performance analog and mixed-signal ICs from concept through prototype approval and production ramp, including design for manufacturability, yield, test, and reliability /li liAct as a key technical interface to customers and internal stakeholders (specification, design, layout, process, test, and product engineering) /li liOwn key technical decisions from architecture through silicon bring-up, working closely with analog, layout, and digital design teams /li liSupervise and perform transistor-level design, simulation, verification, and validation (PVT, Monte Carlo, mixed-signal, modeling, optimization) in collaboration with analog, layout, digital design, and validation engineers /li liPrepare materials for design reviews and maintain clear internal design documentation, including test requirements and validation plans /li liGuide lab and test engineers during measurement and validation of developed analog blocks /li liGenerate new IP and support patent disclosures/filings, and mentor junior engineers through project work and technical guidance /li /ul h3Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed /h3 ul liPhD, Master’s,



or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Microelectronics, with an emphasis on analog/mixed-signal integrated circuit design (or similar) /li li10+ years of experience in analog and mixed-signal IC design /li liStrong knowledge of Cadence EDA tools and circuit simulation; good knowledge of MATLAB or Python for system/behavioral modeling /li liStrong intuitive and analytical understanding of transistor-level design /li liExperience designing most of the following blocks: ADCs, DACs, AFEs.
