Through your expertise, you will strengthen our culture prevention, influence positive behaviours, reduce risk and ensure our people can perform at their best every day. /p h3THE ROLE /h3 pAs our Technical HSE Coordinator, you play a pivotal role in protecting our people, strengthening Coty's prevention culture and ensuring the highest standards of health, safety and wellbeing across Iberia. You will influence strategic HSE initiatives locally and globally, helping build safer workplaces while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. /p pYou will be reporting to Health Safety Lead, and you will manage: /p h3Local HSE Management – Iberia /h3 ul liBe the trusted HSE partner for Iberia, ensuring our teams operate in a safe, compliant and people-first environment. /li liDrive proactive risk management initiatives that reduce workplace risks and support employee wellbeing. /li liEnable employees and leaders to make safer decisions through impactful training, guidance and awareness programs. /li liTurn incidents and near misses into opportunities for learning, prevention and continuous improvement. /li liBuild strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure best-in-class HSE practices and compliance. /li /ul h3Safety culture, risk prevention continuous improvement /h3 ul liChampion a culture where safety is everyone's responsibility and employees feel empowered to speak up and act. /li liHelp shape the HSE roadmap by turning data, insights and observations into meaningful actions.



/li liStrengthening organizational resilience by ensuring teams are prepared to respond effectively to emergencies and unexpected events. /li liInfluence leaders and employees through data-driven recommendations that improve HSE performance. /li liLeverage HSE insights and reporting to identify trends, drive improvements and elevate employee experience. /li /ul h3Global corporate HSE coordination /h3 ul liContribute to shaping a consistent HSE approach across Coty's corporate offices, helping share and embed best practices globally. /li liSupport the development of scalable HSE frameworks that improve onboarding, awareness and safety leadership. /li liFoster collaboration across international teams to strengthen learning, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. /li liHelp elevate HSE maturity by supporting audits, action plans and governance initiatives across multiple locations. /li liGenerate meaningful insights through HSE reporting that enable better decision-making and drive global safety performance. /li /ul h3YOU ARE A COTY FIT /h3 pAs an Health Safety professional with strong PRL expertise, you are passionate about creating workplaces where people can thrive safely. You combine technical expertise with a collaborative mindset and have the ability to influence, engage and inspire stakeholders at all levels of the organization. /p ul liUniversity degree and official Master in PRL / HSE with at least three required specialties: /li ul liSeguridad en el Trabajo /li liHigiene Industrial /li liErgonomía /li liPsicosociología.



/li /ul liPRL certification obtained or homologated in Spain. /li li2–5 years of experience in Health Safety / PRL /li liFluent Spanish and advanced English are a must. /li liExperience supporting own prevention services, external prevention services or legally regulated HSE frameworks is highly valued. /li liExperience in office, sales, retail or service environments, in addition to factory or industrial settings, is an advantage. /li liStrong Microsoft Office skills; Power BI knowledge is considered a plus. /li liExcellent communication skills and ability to engage employees, managers and external partners. /li /ul pIf you're ready to support and shape the future of beauty, we want you on our team! /p h3What We Offer /h3 pThis is a unique role with a genuine opportunity to make an impact.
