In this role you will build and run scalable partner marketing programs that empower a global partner ecosystem. You’ll shepherd cross-team collaboration to ensure consistent, measurable campaigns and a smooth migration from agency-led programs to an Impartner-hosted hub. You’ll manage agency partners, budgets, and enablement while aligning with demand-gen playbooks and ROI metrics. This is a hands-on, global-facing role that shapes partner experiences and drives program adoption.

• Convert direct-marketing content into partner-ready formats
• Refresh playbooks for lead management and campaign execution
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations on KPIs, ROI, and pivots
• Manage general agency partners delivering in-a-box programs
• Own MDF/BIF processes end-to-end including intake, approval, execution, reconciliation, reporting
• Design enablement sessions and onboarding experiences
• Lead the migration from agency-led programs to Impartner-hosted hub
• Ensure SFDC/PRM-based lead flow and reporting during the transition
• Coordinate partner communications and calendars across teams
• Oversee partner presence on and enhance partner social/SEO impact
• Support flagship events (Elevate, SPEX) and partner newsletters
• Build and sell sponsorships for events and coordinate partner presence at industry events
Responsabilidades
• 5-7+ years in partner marketing, channel ops, or marketing program management
• Experience with multiple partner types (GSI, ISV, xqbhyrx Hyperscaler, VAR)
• Hands-on agency management and program delivery
• Strong project management, written communication, and stakeholder coordination
• Agentic marketing skills and AI tools expertise
• Familiarity with SFDC/PRM systems for lead flow and metrics
• Experience with Impartner or similar partner hub/PRM platforms
• Experience with MDF platforms (e.g., E2Open) and ROI tracking
• Digital campaign execution and social/content marketing tooling
• High attention to detail and ownership
