/li liPartner closely with stakeholders to translate analytical needs into Tableau solutions. /li /ul h3Calculations Local Data Adjustments /h3 ul liCreate workbook-level calculated fields, mappings, and filters to handle Business-specific logic andExceptions or reporting nuances. /li liUse Tableau Prep for light data adaptations or enrichments where required (not enterprise data modeling). /li liAct as the Tableau SME for the Middle Office. /li liPromote visualization, metric, and usability best practices. /li liSupport users with Tableau-related questions, enhancements, and troubleshooting. /li /ul h3Analysis and Automation /h3 ul liAnalyze existing Excel-based reports to understand historical logic or definitions. /li liCreate ad-hoc analytical files when needed to support validation or new requirements. /li liParticipate in automation or analytical initiatives using SQL, Python, or similar tools, when relevant. /li /ul h3Core Requirements /h3 ul liProven experience consuming curated datasets and building high-quality dashboards in Tableau environment (Desktop, Prep, Online). /li liBI Visualization Best Practices: Solid understanding of dashboard designs, business metrics interpretation and User-centric analytics and storytelling /li liAble to understand complex business questions and apply the right calculations and views to answer them accurately. /li liFluent English, with the ability to explain analytical results and Tableau logic to non-technical users.
