The role ensures that products and solutions are safe, robust, reliable, and fully industrializable, from early design phases through production ramp‑up. By leveraging Design for Safety Reliability (DfSR) practices and Industrialization Quality fundamentals (APQP), the position aims to anticipate and mitigate design, industrial, and supply chain risks, ensuring the achievement of quality, reliability, robustness, and capability targets. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 h3Cross-Functional Leadership /h3 ul liAct as a quality reference for industrialization, safety, reliability, and robustness. /li liInfluence and mobilize cross-functional, multicultural teams. /li liSupport continuous improvement of quality methods, standards, and practices. /li /ul h3Industrialization Quality Supply Chain (APQP) /h3 ul liIdentify and manage industrialization risks impacting product quality across the supply chain. /li liDeploy APQP fundamentals within development projects. /li liOwn and manage the component risk dashboard. /li liLead PPAP activities with suppliers up to full component qualifications. /li liPerform supplier and process audits (VDA 6.3). /li liLead PFMEA, define and implement Product/Process Control Plans. /li liSecure product and process capability, pilot runs, and process qualification. /li liLead quality issue resolution during development and industrialization phases. /li liEnsure quality data and requirements transfer to manufacturing plants. /li /ul h3Appreciated complementary experience /h3 h3Design for Safety Reliability (DfSR) /h3 ul liBasic knowledge of DfSR process and Quality Fundamentals associated.



/li liUnderstand the collecting of critical elements of the offer (CTQs). /li liEnable to participate in safety, robustness, and reliability risk assessments (DFMEA, risk analysis). /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pbEducation /b: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial. /p pbExperience /b /p ul liMinimum 5 years of experience in Quality (DfSR / industrialization quality / manufacturing quality). /li liExperience with APQP methodologies, and DfSR or DFSS (Design for Six Sigma). /li liExperience working in an agile product development environment. /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liFMEA, p-diagram-based risk analysis. /li liControl plans. /li liStatistical and reliability tools (Minitab, Reliasoft, JASP). /li liPPAP, capability studies, Gage RR. /li liProcess audits (VDA 6.3 preferred). /li liProblem‑solving methodologies (Six Sigma, 5 Whys, 8D). /li liKnowledge of industrial processes such as assembly, molding, stamping, or machining. /li liBasic metrology and standards knowledge (ISO 8015 is a plus). /li /ul h3Certifications (preferred) /h3 ul liSix Sigma Green/Black Belt, Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE), ISO9001. /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liStrong leadership and influencing skills. /li liCoaching and training capability. /li liCustomer‑oriented and analytical mindset. /li liAbility to manage change and work in multicultural environments. /li /ul h3Languages Mobility /h3 ul liProfessional proficiency in English. /li liSpanish language would be appreciated. /li liAvailability for travel depending on project scope (approximately 25 % of the time, cyclically depending on the projects’ phases, to visit the factories that host the new productions in the launch phase (Germany, Spain, France…)). /li liDriving license. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
