ppbTUMO Center for Creative Technologies /b is a free educational program that places teenagers, aged 12 to 18, at the center of defining their own learning paths, allowing them to expand their knowledge in technology and creativity regardless of their socioeconomic background. Founded in Yerevan, Armenia, in 2011, bTUMO /b is now present in 10 countries, including France, Germany, and soon Japan, Netherlands, and the United States. /ppIn 2026, TUMO continues its international expansion with a new center set to open in Bilbao in September. The project is led by bFundación “la Caixa” /b, the bProvincial Council of Bizkaia /b, and the bBilbao City Council /b. /ppStudents combine TUMO’s learning objectives (Robotics, Photography, Game Development, Graphic Design, Filmmaking, Programming, Music, and Animation) in their learning plans, continuously adapting them to fit their progress and evolving preferences. Soft skills such as teamwork, initiative, empathy, and effective communication are incorporated into the educational program, together with subject knowledge and technical skills. /ppThere are three learning methods at bTUMO: /b Self-Learning, Workshops, and Learning Labs, which take place in person at the bTUMO /b centers under the guidance of our pedagogical and mentoring team, with access to our digital platform and all the necessary hardware and software. /ph3ABOUT THE ROLE: /h3pAs bTUMO /b prepares to open a new center in bBilbao-Bizkaia /b, we are building a bteam of Learning Coaches /b across the different learning areas. Learning Coaches will be responsible for supporting students as they progress through TUMO’s self-learning activities,



as well as assisting the rest of the staff in managing the TUMO Bilbao-Bizkaia Center. Above all, the Learning Coach role will have the opportunity to inspire and guide young people aged 12 to 18 and share their passion and skills in technology and design. /ppBased on TUMO’s bestablished pedagogical model /b, Learning Coaches will work bdirectly with /b students at the bTUMO Bilbao-Bizkaia /b Center to: /pullibSupport /b students in their self-learning activities, being present in the space to answer questions and help keeping them motivated; /lilibProvide /b students with guidance aimed at completing their learning activities; /lilibMonitor /b student attendance and provide feedback on student progress, taking steps to motivate and inspire the most reluctant students; /lilibProvide /b support during workshops led by experts in various fields; /lilibEnsure /b the candidate registration process at the center, answering questions from students and visitors and supervising the enrollment processes; /lilibSupervise /b student check-in/check-out and card access processes; /lilibProvide /b support in other duties assigned by the Head of Student Experience or the Center Director. /li /ulh3What you bring: /h3pWe are looking for bdynamic, creative,
