ppDescripción del trabajo /p pFly with us into the future and become part of the team at one of the most innovative aircraft manufacturers in the world. /p h3Tu tarea /h3 ul liProvide legal and strategic advice on Compliance matters, with a particular focus on data protection, whistleblowing, anti-corruption, and ESG topics, as well as support on related regulatory areas. /li liConduct compliance and data protection risk assessments, ensuring that projects and business processes comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. /li liManage internal investigations and whistleblowing cases, coordinating remediation and corrective actions with relevant stakeholders across the organization. /li liAdvise on anti-corruption risks, third-party due diligence processes, and the design and implementation of related compliance controls. /li liProvide legal analysis and support to business units on ESG-related matters and other regulatory compliance obligations. /li liSupport the development and continuous improvement of the Group Compliance Management System, including policies, controls, reporting, training, and awareness initiatives to strengthen the organization's compliance culture.
