On top of a competitive salary (based on your location, experience, and skills), we provide a comprehensive benefits package to enable holistic well‑being for you and your family. /li /ul h3Your Impact /h3 pYou will work in teams as a specialist practitioner to solve pressing and complex issues at clients through deploying analytical tools, as well as support the development of new proprietary tools, benchmarking databases and market perspectives. In this role, you will often work in teams of typically 3-5 consultants, playing an active role in client engagements. This includes gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses and developing communication and recommendations. You’ll also present results to client management and implement recommendations in collaboration with client team members. /p pYou’ll also focus on building and scaling analytical solutions used for engagement across portfolio optimisation, project development and value improvement, project execution, cost and schedule diagnostic. You will also prepare detailed cost estimates and budget forecasts for large‑scale capital projects using advanced software tools and internal proprietary databases. /p pYou will contribute to McKinsey’s industry knowledge by staying up to date with the latest in the capital projects industry and you will contribute to proprietary models and analyses. This includes gathering the information necessary to develop these tools and synthesize your findings into McKinsey formatted products.
