ppstrongDesign the next generation of Earth observation satellites /strong /ppAt SATLANTIS, we create advanced Earth observation technologies designed to address general challenges through high-performance satellite missions. From concept design to mission operations, our teams work on complete space systems that combine innovation, precision, and real-world impact. /ppAs a Space Systems Design Engineer, you will contribute to the definition, design, and evolution of satellite systems and payloads, working at system level across the full lifecycle of complex space missions. /ph3strongWhat’s in it for you /strong /h3ullistrongEnd-to-end mission exposure: /strongYou will take part in the design of complete satellite systems, from early concepts to mission-ready architectures. /lilistrongSystem-level engineering responsibility: /strongWork on satellite architecture, subsystem integration, launcher compatibility, and engineering trade-offs across missions. /lilistrongCross-disciplinary growth: /strongYou will collaborate with AIT, operations, thermal, and flight dynamics teams, gaining a broad space engineering perspective. /lilistrongHigh technical ownership: /strongYou will actively contribute to key design decisions and system-level technical definitions. /lilistrongFlexible growth path: /strongOpen to different experience levels, with structured onboarding and learning to progressively increase responsibility. /lilistrongPurpose-driven space projects: /strongYour work will directly contribute to Earth observation missions with real impact on science and sustainability.

/li /ulh3strongYour mission /strong /h3pYour mission will be to design and define satellite and payload systems that are technically robust, mission-ready, and aligned with launch and operational constraints. /ppBy combining system thinking with engineering execution, you will help transform mission concepts into real spacecraft operating in orbit. /ppYou will: /pulliDesign satellite concepts using CAD, including structure, subsystem layout, cable routing, and launcher compliance. /liliDefine and coordinate system-level requirements and technical trade-offs across subsystems. /liliSupport engineering analysis and system budgets (mass, power, data, link). /li /ulpDepending on your interests and experience, you may also contribute to: /pulliSatellite operations strategies and in-orbit performance analysis. /liliAssembly, Integration Test activities. /liliFlight dynamics and mission analysis. /liliThermal design and system-level analysis. /li /ulh3strongWhat will set you up for success /strong /h3ullistrongStrong engineering foundation: /strongA Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Telecommunications Engineering (or equivalent) provides the base to work confidently at system level. /lilistrongPassion for space systems design: /strongInterest in satellite architecture,

modelling, and mission engineering will help you thrive in a multidisciplinary and technical environment. /lilistrongSystems thinking and problem-solving: /strongYou enjoy understanding complexity, making trade-offs, and turning requirements into robust engineering solutions. /lilistrongAutonomy and ownership: /strongYou are comfortable taking responsibility for technical work and driving it forward in a collaborative environment. /lilistrongCollaboration mindset: /strongSpace missions are built in teams, and your ability to communicate and align with different engineering disciplines will be key. /lilistrongEnglish fluency: /strongEssential for working in international engineering environments. Spanish is a plus. /li /ulh3strongPreferred experience that will help you stand out /strong /h3ulliExperience in satellite system design or mission engineering. /liliKnowledge of CAD tools (e.g. SolidWorks) and system engineering methods. /liliFamiliarity with FEM, thermal analysis, or subsystem integration. /liliExperience with space engineering tools such as STK, Nastran, or ESATAN. /liliExposure to Earth observation missions or space projects. /liliBasic Python programming skills. /li /ulpstrongReady to design satellites that reach orbit? /strong /ppIf you are motivated by complex system design, multidisciplinary collaboration, and the opportunity to contribute to real Earth observation missions, SATLANTIS is the place to grow your career. /ppJoin us and help shape the future of space systems. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
