This is a unique opportunity to join a highly talented team at an early stage, working on cutting-edge AI solutions that solve complex commercial problems for integral clients. /ppIf you're passionate about machine learning, generative AI and building production-grade AI systems, this role offers the chance to work on challenging projects with genuine impact from day one. /ph3What You'll Be Doing /h3ulliDesign, develop and deploy AI and machine learning solutions that solve real-world business challenges. /liliBuild production-ready applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs). /liliDevelop agentic AI workflows, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and evaluation frameworks. /liliWork closely with technical and business stakeholders to translate commercial problems into AI solutions. /liliDesign scalable AI systems and contribute to architectural decisions. /liliTake ownership of projects from concept through to production deployment. /liliStay at the forefront of AI research and emerging technologies, bringing innovative ideas into production. /li /ulh3What We're Looking For /h3pWe're interested in speaking with engineers who have experience in several of the following:
