Whether you are starting your career in real estate or looking to grow within the Dubai property market, this role offers a strong platform, professional training, and ongoing support in a fast paced, client focused environment. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liBuild and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors and property owners, understanding their requirements and matching them with suitable properties /li liStay updated on Dubai’s property market trends, pricing, new developments and available inventory /li liProvide professional property consultations in line with RERA and DLD regulations /li liGenerate leads through networking, referrals, prospecting and marketing activities /li liConduct property viewings and present suitable options based on client requirements /li liAdvise clients on available opportunities across the Dubai property market, including ready and off plan properties /li liNegotiate offers and terms between landlords and tenants and successfully close sales transactions /li liAssist with documentation and guide clients through the full leasing process /li liWork closely with marketing and admin teams to maximise property exposure and ensure an efficient client experience /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBackground in sales, business development, customer service, hospitality or real estate /li liHighly motivated,
