Monitor supply chain developments and provide regular market intelligence updates, highlighting potential risks to the critical path at an early stage. /li liSupport the development of PQQs, tender documentation, evaluation criteria, and scopes of work, as well as the evaluation of proposals for FEED and EPCI packages. /li libFIDIC experience is a big advantage /b /li liManage commercial and contractual matters in close collaboration with procurement and legal teams.



Proactively manage contracts and lead claim negotiations, including the resolution of disputes. /li liDemonstrate strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Maintain comprehensive records to support the assessment of contract variations in line with contractual provisions. /li liEnsure contract compliance throughout the lifecycle, including monitoring deliverables, managing variations and claims, and resolving disputes. /li liConduct data analysis and reporting, including collecting and collating data for forecasting, planning, and record-keeping purposes. /li liCommunicate contract status clearly to key stakeholders, including senior leadership. Monitor contracted scope of work and report any variances /li liBuild, maintain, and manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li10+ years of demonstrated experience in contracts management supporting large Data Centres and/or industrial development projects /li liBachelor’s degree qualification in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, Law or equivalent. /li liContract management experience throughout the life cycle of projects including contract change management and contract claim management. /li liExtensive knowledge of Contracts for Surveys Operations. /li liUnderstanding of the financial analysis and reporting of project budgets. /li liBuild, maintain and manage close relationships with internal stakeholders. /li liFluency in both Spanish and English /li /ul pTurner Townsend is an equal opportunity employer.
