As a technology-driven organization, we continuously invest in digital innovation and process improvement to support our growth. /ppThe Business Systems Support Analyst will be responsible for supporting and optimizing SAP Business One, ensuring business users receive timely and effective support while maintaining the stability and performance of our ERP environment. This role requires someone with hands-on SAP Business One experience who can investigate issues, understand system configuration, and identify root causes rather than simply resolving tickets. In addition, the role supports connected business systems, implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliProvide first-line support for SAP Business One users across purchasing, inventory, finance, production, and reporting. /liliTroubleshoot SAP Business One issues by identifying root causes and understanding system configuration. /liliWork closely with business users to understand processes, resolve issues, and recommend improvements. /liliManage and prioritize business system support requests based on business impact. /liliSupport BPA integrations, monitor failures, reprocess transactions, and elevate structural issues when required. /liliAssist with EDI-related issues and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. /liliSupport ERP upgrades, system implementations, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives. /liliAssist with requirements gathering, documentation,



and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). /liliSupport Google Workspace administration, user provisioning, and access management. /liliTroubleshoot macOS hardware and software issues and prepare devices for new hires. /liliSupport endpoint management through MDM platforms and maintain IT asset inventory. /li /ulh3The Idóneo Candidate Will Have /h3ulliHands-on experience supporting SAP Business One (required). /liliStrong understanding of SAP Business One functionality and system configuration. /liliStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills. /liliExperience supporting ERP systems and business processes. /liliExposure to BPA, EDI, or other business system integrations. /liliExperience with Google Workspace and macOS environments (nice to have). /liliAdvanced Excel/Google Sheets skills. /liliSQL knowledge is a plus. /liliExperience with ticketing systems (Halo, Jira, ServiceNow, etc.) is preferred but not essential. /liliStrong communication and problem-solving skills. /li /ulh3Education Experience /h3ulli3-6+ years of experience supporting ERP or business systems. /liliProven experience with SAP Business One. /liliBachelor's degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. /liliFluency in English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus. /li /ulh3Work Environment /h3ulliHybrid work arrangement; candidates must live within close proximity to NSI's Barcelona office. /liliStandard working hours are 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday, supporting our international team. /liliOccasional flexibility may be required to support critical business systems outside normal hours.
