and quality KPIs /li liInitiation and steering of product improvements and redesigns based on data and feedback /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liCompleted degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering, or comparable /li li3+ years of experience in technical product management, systems engineering, or development of IoT or industrial products /li liSolid understanding of electronics, sensors, firmware, and mechanics /li liExperience with product roadmaps, requirements management, and development processes /li liAbility to think across domains: device, platform, customer value /li liExperience working with external development partners and suppliers /li liStrong analytical, communicative, and organizational skills /li liFluent in English (written and spoken), German and/or Spanish are a plus /li liExperience in the rail sector or understanding of rail‑specific standards and certifications (e.g., EN 50155, EN 45545) is nice to have /li liKnowledge of standards, certifications (in particular certifications for explosive‑sensitive environments), and quality management (e.g., ATEX, CE, EMC) /li liExperience working with platform teams or cross‑product responsibility /li liBackground in logistics, asset tracking, or telematics /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
