Fatigue & DT Engineer (m/w/d)

Location: Getafe

Responsibilities

-

- Perform fatigue and damage tolerance analyses of metallic and composite aircraft structures.

- Assess crack initiation,



crack growth and structural durability with hands‑on knowledge of Airbus standards and working practices.

- Generate fatigue substantiation reports and inspection threshold assessments.

- Support structural modifications and repairs from an F&DT; perspective.

Requirements

-

- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Fatigue & DT analysis in the aerospace industry.

- Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

- Experience working with Aerospace OEM, Tier, and Supplier on specific stress activities.

- Languages: English (B1 minimum) and Spanish (fluency).

- MSC Nastran

- Patran/HyperMesh

- CATIA V5

- Excel

- Python/VBA (valuable)

- Airbus methods and tools highly desirable
