ppSenior Software Engineer – Barcelona-based Acquisition Team, responsible for building and optimizing landing and discovery experiences across AI, search, paid media, and distribution channels. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liHelp develop TKWW’s landing experience apps and services, creating a beautiful and memorable first impression for our customers. /li liDesign, develop, and maintain scalable, high‑quality software solutions within the Squad, contributing to product and engineering goals. /li liCollaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver innovative solutions that meet technical and business requirements. /li liDrive technical design discussions for complex features and systems, ensuring alignment with Squad architecture and organizational standards. /li liMentor and support junior engineers, providing guidance through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge‑sharing sessions. /li liAct as a key contributor to the Squad’s development processes by identifying and implementing improvements for efficiency and quality. /li liProactively identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring the stability, performance, and maintainability of Squad systems. /li liStay updated on emerging technologies and frameworks, recommending their adoption to enhance engineering capabilities. /li liMaintain comprehensive documentation for systems, features, and processes, ensuring knowledge sharing and continuity. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with demonstrated expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining complex software systems. /li liProficiency across modern web stacks utilizing React, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, GraphQL, Next.js, and cloud infrastructure, with strong knowledge of coding best practices and testing methodologies.
