Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions. /p h3Position Summary /h3 pThe Process Commissioning Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all process commissioning activities during the pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, performance testing, and handover phases of ADNOC Offshore projects. The role ensures that EPC Contractor commissioning activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with ADNOC specifications, project procedures, and international standards while supporting the successful delivery of offshore facilities. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and supervise process commissioning activities for offshore oil and gas facilities from Mechanical Completion through Ready for Start-Up (RFSU), Start-Up, Performance Testing, and Final Handover. /li liReview and monitor EPC Contractor commissioning execution plans, procedures, schedules, and resource plans. /li liEnsure commissioning activities comply with ADNOC standards, project specifications, HSE requirements, and international codes. /li liCoordinate commissioning activities with Operations, Construction, Engineering, HSE, Vendors, and other PMC disciplines. /li liReview and witness system completion, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up activities. /li liMonitor Mechanical Completion (MC), Ready for Commissioning (RFC), Ready for Start-Up (RFSU), and Provisional Acceptance milestones. /li liReview system handover dossiers, commissioning dossiers, and turnover documentation. /li liCoordinate systemization, subsystem completion, and punch list clearance. /li liParticipate in commissioning risk assessments, SIMOPS, HAZOP,



HAZID, Constructability, ORA, and operational readiness reviews. /li liReview commissioning schedules and monitor progress against project milestones. /li liCoordinate vendor specialists during equipment commissioning and start-up. /li liVerify commissioning test results, performance guarantees, and functional testing of process systems. /li liSupport troubleshooting and resolution of commissioning issues and technical queries. /li liEnsure commissioning documentation, red-line markups, As-Built drawings, and final records are complete. /li liParticipate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), Integrated System Testing (IST), and performance testing where applicable. /li liSupport offshore hook-up, commissioning, and start-up activities for Greenfield and Brownfield modifications. /li liCoordinate interface management between EPC Contractors, Operations, and ADNOC Offshore personnel. /li liPromote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with ADNOC HSE policies, Permit to Work (PTW), Isolation Management, and LOTO requirements. /li /ul h3Scope of Process Systems /h3 h3The Role May Include Commissioning Oversight For /h3 ul liOil Separation and Stabilization Systems. /li liGas Processing and Compression Systems. /li liProduced Water Treatment Systems. /li liWater Injection Systems. /li liCrude Oil Export Systems. /li liFuel Gas Systems. /li liChemical Injection Systems. /li liFlare and Relief Systems. /li liUtility Systems. /li liClosed and Open Drain Systems. /li liNitrogen Generation and Distribution Systems. /li liProduced Water Disposal Systems. /liliProcess Control and Safety Shutdown Interfaces.
