Working closely with Shipping, Customer Care, Finance, FPA, Outsourcing, PMO teams, and external carriers, the role helps ensure operational alignment and the successful execution of logistics activities. /p pThis position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for operational improvement. /p ul lipMonitor operational performance and prepare regular reports, dashboards, and actionable insights. /p /li lipSupport carrier performance management through data analysis, performance reviews, and preparation of business review materials. /p /li lipCollaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of shipping operations and alignment on operational priorities. /p /li lipInvestigate operational issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions using data-driven approaches. /p /li lipContribute to the ongoing optimisation of shipping processes, systems, and workflows. /p /li lipOwn and maintain shipping system configurations, including carrier setups, routing logic, service updates, and operational parameters. /p /li lipExecute and continuously improve shipping operational processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and service quality. /p /li lipManage invoice control activities, including invoice validation, discrepancy investigation, resolution coordination, and reporting. /p /li lipEnsure the integrity, consistency, and accuracy of shipping data across systems, reports, and operational tools. /p /li lipSupport the delivery of logistics-related projects and operational initiatives.
