We have a holiday house (120 m2) in el campello which we rent out occasionally,
About 2-3 times a year.

For this pupose we are looking for a partner to

• hand over the keys
• explain the alarm system (simple)
• check with visitor inventory (written list available) first day and last day
• take the key back when visitor is leaving
• clean the house (floor, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, fridge, etc.)
• check the garden
• clean terrace
