aiming at continuously improving and reducing customer disputes. /li /ul h3Who you are: /h3 ul liExperience in a similar role, with exposure to the relationship with an external partner and management of escalations and more complex cases. /li liExcellent communication skills. /li liCustomer orientation and ability to adapt to a dynamic environment. /li liAbility to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. /li liKnowledge of SAP, Excel and Ticketing systems would be a strong plus. /li liFluent in Spanish and English. /li liPortuguese knowledge is a plus. /li /ul pAs part of the Electrolux Group, we will continuously invest in you and your development.
