This role is responsible for coordinating daily operational activities, supporting field teams, monitoring performance, ensuring compliance with operational procedures, and maintaining a strong focus on safety and service excellence. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide guidance and support to field staff to ensure high standards of operational performance, customer service, and safety. /li liManage operator check‑in processes, including schedule readiness, completion of daily checklists, and daily task assignments. /li liMonitor operational performance and coordinate schedule adjustments to support service efficiency. /li liEnsure adherence to established procedures, operational guidelines, and safety requirements. /li liIdentify and address safety concerns, escalating issues and implementing corrective actions as appropriate. /li liCoordinate and monitor break schedules to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and operational needs. /li liSupport dispatch operations, including coordination of accessibility‑related service requests. /li liAssist with onboarding, training, coaching, and performance discussions.



/li liCollaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners on routine operational matters. /li liSupport site operations under the direction of the General Manager and Operations leadership team. /li liParticipate in performance management and employee relations processes as required. /li liMaintain accurate operational records and reports. /li liPerform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience in a supervisory, team lead, or operational coordination role. /li liStrong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills. /li liEffective verbal and written communication skills. /li liDemonstrated problem‑solving and conflict resolution abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. /li liFlexibility to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 operational setting. /li liStrong organizational and time management skills. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience in transportation, mobility services, logistics, fleet operations, or a related field. /li liKnowledge of operational compliance and workplace safety practices. /li liExperience supporting training, coaching, and team development initiatives. /li liFamiliarity with technology‑enabled operations or autonomous vehicle services is an advantage. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
