This role is critical in validating that security controls meet regulatory, legal, and organizational requirements and are operating effectively to mitigate risk. /p pThe ideal candidate has strong experience in control testing, audits, and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, NIS2), combined with analytical thinking and stakeholder engagement skills. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 h3Control Assurance Testing /h3 ul liPlan and execute control assurance activities, including testing and validation of security controls /li liDevelop and maintain control testing methodologies, scripts, and procedures /li liPerform periodic and continuous control monitoring to ensure ongoing effectiveness /li liIdentify control gaps, deficiencies, and areas for improvement /li /ul h3Compliance Risk Alignment /h3 ul liAssess controls against relevant frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Controls, SOC 2, NIS2) /li liAssess control effectiveness across: Design Effectiveness (DE), Operating Effectiveness (OE) and Control Automation (CA) /li liSupport regulatory and internal compliance initiatives /li liEnsure controls align with organizational risk appetite and policies /li /ul h3Audit Support /h3 ul liAct as a key point of contact for internal and external audits /li liProvide evidence, documentation, and walkthroughs for auditors /li liTrack audit findings and support remediation efforts /li /ul h3Reporting Documentation /h3 ul liDocument control testing results, findings,
