In this role, you will drive the modernization of an 80-strong UiPath automation suite within a global HR/finance SSC, shaping how automation evolves toward AI-enabled workflows. You’ll refactor and upgrade existing automations, write robust data and integration code, and coach finance colleagues on RPA best practices. You will engage stakeholders to translate operations friction into digital fixes, with a six-month upgrade path and a future focus on intelligent agents. This is a high-impact, hands-on position in a multicultural Barcelona team.

Responsabilidades
• ~3+ years of UiPath development in enterprise settings
