You are comfortable influencing stakeholders and translating quality metrics into business impact. /p h3What You Do /h3 ul liDefine and own the end‑to‑end QA strategy across all layers (mobile, backend, integrations), including release gates, KPIs, and quality standards. /li liBuild and scale automation frameworks (mobile UI, integration and contract testing), ensuring strong coverage of critical user journeys. /li liEmbed a shift‑left approach by contributing early in the lifecycle (refinement, API reviews, Definition of Done). /li liIntegrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with DevOps and tech leads to ensure continuous quality validation. /li liDefine and manage test environments and test data strategy, ensuring compliance (e.g. GDPR) and reliability across systems. /li liLead non‑functional testing (performance, accessibility, localisation) and ensure production readiness at integral scale. /li liDrive quality governance, reporting, and continuous improvement through KPIs, defect analysis, and production feedback loops. /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul liExtensive experience in software QA, including leadership roles driving QA strategy across complex, distributed environments.



/li liProven track record building QA frameworks and automation capabilities from scratch in mobile app ecosystems (iOS Android). /li liStrong experience with test automation, CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps), and QA tooling (e.g. TestRail, Xray). /li liSolid understanding of risk‑based testing, non‑functional testing, and large‑scale release management. /li liExperience working with distributed teams, external vendors, and influencing stakeholders without direct authority. /li liStrong technical background (automation, APIs, cloud environments) combined with a structured and strategic mindset. /li liExcellent communication skills in English, with the ability to translate quality data into actionable insights for both technical and business stakeholders. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liWe offer a hybrid work model which recognizes the value of striking a balance between in‑person collaboration and remote working incl. up to 25 days per year working from abroad. /li liWe believe in rewarding performance and our compensation and benefits package includes a company bonus scheme, pension, employee shares program and multiple employee discounts (details vary by location).
