ph3Join Us /h3 h3Customer Service Agent with Spanish English /h3 pbFoundever /b is expanding and we are looking for Customer Service Agents to join an exciting automotive project, based at our Madrid offices. /p h3Your Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide multi-channel customer support. /li liHandle customer inquiries, requests, and incidents efficiently. /li liDeliver an excellent customer experience in line with brand standards. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liPermanent contract. /li liFull-time position (39 hours per week). /li liRotating schedule from Monday to Friday, between 7:50 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. /li liGross annual salary: €22,100 (language bonus included). /li liAdditional bonus of up to €400 gross per month for availability outside regular working hours during weekends. /li liPaid initial training lasting 3 weeks, from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. /li liTraining start date: 03/08/2026. /li liA stable role within a integral, people-centered company. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liPrevious experience in customer service. /li liNative or bilingual Spanish.
