You will manage a portfolio of B2B SaaS accounts, ensuring customers are successfully onboarded, see value from the product, and renew long‑term. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liProactively manage accounts to minimize churn and secure renewals. /li liIdentify risks early and build engagement plans with customers. /li liMaintain accurate CRM data, health scores, and renewal timelines. /li liUse product usage and feedback to manage account health.
