Experteer Overview
In this role you will support regional supply planning by aligning long-term plans with demand forecasts, and by driving data-driven decisions that smooth the supply network. You will execute mid-/long-term planning cycles and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve constraints and optimize inventory. You will contribute to regional Su0026amp;OP inputs and continuous improvement initiatives, shaping how we balance efficiency with customer needs. This is a hands-on position in a global context with meaningful impact on supply availability and service levels.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Assist in developing and reviewing long-term supply plans and ensure data accuracy
• Execute MPS, RCCP, and DRP plans for the region
• Monitor supply network constraints and under-utilizations and provide recommendations
• Assist in reviewing inventory policies, tracking slow-movers and obsolete stock
• Identify Finished Goods requirements and prepare allocation proposals




• Provide inputs and reports for regional Su0026OP meetings ensuring alignment with supply and demand
• Collaborate with Operational Supply Planning and Material Planning teams to resolve supply issues
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency and accuracy

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Business Administration or Engineering with focus on supply chain
• 1-2 years of experience in a Supply Planning role (FMCG advantageous)
• Fluent English
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills
• SAP experience advantageous
• Problem-solving and team orientation
• Ability to work in a diverse, global environment
