The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating. /p pThe selection process will be during October 2025 until February 2026. /p h3What does this internship consist in? /h3 pTogether with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (#DISCOVER) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future. You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background. /p pThe start of the internship will be in early March 2026, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full‑time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant. /p h3Internship Job Description /h3 pThis Discover internship is the opportunity to be the liaison between HR and the business. Prepare and support the execution of business plans by translating the needs of the business into appropriate HR solutions. You will learn about company business targets, HR labor regulations and employee life‑cycle.



/p ul liEfficient support for the business through HR measures (development plan, salary review, recruitment plan, staffing...). /li liProvide and manage HR services to a particular organization unit, in partnership with the business. /li liAdvising the business on all people related matters. /li liDrive the execution of business HR plans and release HR metrics reports to the management. /li liCascade HR policy national labor regulations towards the management. /li liEnsure coherency and harmonisation within the implementation of the compensation and benefits, training, recruitment policies in coordination, with the management and according to business objectives. /li /ul h3Required skills #AirbusDiversity /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Human Resources Management Labour Relations, Business Administration, Law or similar.
