This role sits at the intersection of IT, operations, and regional teams, and is essential to keeping the plant running safely, efficiently, and in line with Lear values and governance standards. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliLead plant IT operations and act as the first escalation point during critical incidents. /liliEnsure high availability and performance of hardware, networks, IT security, and telecommunications systems. /liliDeliver consistent, high-quality IT services to support production and business users. /liliMonitor, maintain, and secure IT systems to protect the integrity and confidentiality of company data. /liliEnsure compliance with ISMS,
