ppIf you have over 3 years of experience in accounting functions, SAP S/4 HANA, and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment, we encourage you to apply! /p pbThe Account is responsible for managing the full accounts receivable and accounts payable cycle, ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions, timely collections and payments, and compliance with company policies and accounting standards. /b /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes. /li liReconcile and manage various clearing accounts, balance sheet account reconciliation and ensure accurate bank reconciliations. /li liPrepare and monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) aging reports. /li liMatch invoices with purchase orders and goods receipts where applicable. /li liPrepare journal entries, accruals, tax reports and other accounting adjustments as required. /li liGood understanding of (and support) the end-to-end month-end close process in a multi-entity corporate environment. /li liSupport financial projects and initiatives (e.g., system implementations, process optimization, automation). /li liAccurately manage fixed assets and operational accounting (projects, profit centers, internal orders, and cost center accounting). /li liCollaborate with procurement, operations and vendors to resolve invoice and payment issues. /li liAssist with internal and external audits by providing supporting documentation. /li liAssist your manager with other daily, monthly, and quarterly accounting activities.
