ppWe at Shimano are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Officer to support our marketing activities in the Spain region within the Bike division. This role contributes to strong product and marketing execution by coordinating key operational tasks, supporting product and retail initiatives, and ensuring consistent communication across teams and partners. You will collaborate with internal teams, media partners, and ambassadors to help deliver a clear and cohesive brand presence in the market. /p h3The Challenge /h3 ul liSupport the Spanish marketing team in planning and executing activities. /li liCoordinate the preparation of content and materials used across different communication channels /li liSupport brand coordinators with promotional and product performance analysis. /li liManage inventory and product samples, including requests, logistics, product setup, and allocation. /li liSupport in coordination for retail marketing activities and ensure timely delivery of POS materials, campaign assets, and dealer tools. /li liDevelop and adapt product messaging and marketing materials for the Spanish market, ensuring brand consistency. /li liManage media monitoring and clipping, consolidating coverage and preparing impact reports. /li liProvide support with ambassadors, media partners, and external agencies along with participation at events. /li liCoordinate PR activities and media outreach to enhance brand visibility. /li liWork closely with European marketing colleagues to align strategies and share best practices.



/li liTrack and report on marketing activities and provide insights for improvement. /li /ul h3Who we are looking for /h3 ul li1–3 years of experience in marketing, product support, communications, or a similar role. /li liStrong ability to create clear, engaging product messaging and marketing content. /li liStrong analytical mindset and advanced Excel skills. /li liExperience in product analysis, pricing, or margin evaluation. /li liAbility to manage multiple operational processes such as inventory, samples, POS materials, and campaign coordination. /li liExperience in PR coordination, media relations, or clipping is a plus. /li liHighly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage several projects under tight deadlines. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English Spanish languages are an advantage. /li liA proactive, solution-focused mindset and willingness to take initiative. /li liCreative thinker with a strong sense of visual aesthetics and brand consistency. /li liPassion or knowledge of cycling and the sports market is a plus. /li liThe role starts with the 6-month contract with the possibility of extension. /li /ul h3What do we offer /h3 pShimano and its subsidiaries offer a pleasant, informal working environment with colleagues who work well together, and are proud to work for Shimano.
