and the ability to work independently. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliOrganize and coordinate a team of approximately 20 people, including developers, artists, and QA, to successfully deliver game projects. /liliManage multiple production tracks simultaneously, including Block Family and two prototypes, with a focus on quality and timely delivery. /liliEnsure effective communication within the team and between stakeholders, creating transparent roadmaps and work plans. /liliAdapt processes to the needs of the team, finding the most efficient production methodology. /liliResolve conflicts and support team motivation, fostering a productive and responsible work environment. /liliMake independent decisions based on a deep understanding of the product, players, and development stages. /liliSupport the product team, assisting in organizing and distributing tasks. /liliRegularly provide reports to management, including creating visual materials to show progress and plans. /liliFlexibly manage priorities and changes in the project, quickly responding to new challenges and adjusting plans as needed. /liliMonitor deadlines and achievement of key project goals, with an emphasis on quality and efficiency. /li /ulh3Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise /h3ulliExperience as a producer in the games industry, preferably in mobile games /liliDeep understanding of the full game development cycle: from prototype to release and live operations /liliAbility to effectively organize and coordinate a team of 20+ people, including developers, artists, and QA /liliFlexibility and adaptability in process approaches, able to tailor methods to the team's needs without imposing unnecessary procedures /liliConflict management skills and the ability to lead the team to achieve goals through motivation and positive reinforcement /liliExcellent command of project management tools,
